The Annalist collects information about the association annually and records the activities and significant accomplishments of the chapter to create an ongoing history of the association.
It is the duty of the Annalist to keep a record or history of the association's activities and achievements during the year.
This person should take numerous pictures at all activities during the annual conferences.
This individual should be involved with the annual award nominations and recipients, i.e. photo and bio of each year's recipient.
The Annalist should call on states to contribute information of interest from their respective state associations to be included in the annuals of the association and included on the association's webpage.
The Annalist should work closely with the Webmaster to insure current and up-to-date information for the webpage and Facebook account.
The position requires one to attend meetings, to include the Executive Board and Committee meetings, to collect association data for file, receive new ideas for features to be archived. etc.
The Annalist will collect contact information on State Association Presidents, work with the TERSSA Outreach and Marketing Committee to gather contacts for current and prospective states, and compile all information in a format to be used by the TERSSA Executive Board and as needed by TERSSA Committees.
